Patrick is a Principal where he is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across the portfolio.
Prior to Verix, Patrick was a member of the investment team at Washington Harbour Partners, where he focused on control buyouts and structured growth equity investments across a variety of technology and services businesses serving strategic national interests.
Previously, Patrick was a member of the Consumer & Business Services team at Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) in New York, focused primarily on partnerships with family and founder owned businesses. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Patrick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting. He currently lives in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia with his fiancée.
